THERE IS HOPE FOR CHANGE

While there are many great resources out there for overcoming addiction, only YOU have the ability to make the final call to STOP the behavior once and for all. AWARENESS, DETERMINATION, RESILIENCE, CONSISTENCY, and often DESPERATION are key to overcoming these dependencies. If you're not convinced you MUST change your behavior, it will not happen.

The following addictions are among the top relationship annihilators. They can become highly destructive if not treated with experienced guidance (resources below) and a sincere desire to CHANGE. Remember, you're not only hurting yourself but those around you who love you and care for you.

Often mental health and addiction are co-existing conditions. If you feel you're in need of mental health treatment, please consult your doctor immediately. Also, some resources are found here.
