Physical and mental chronic disease* is often brought on by the incompatibility between our genetic selves and the environment in which we reside (including activity-level, toxicity, stress, and nutrition-level). Because of this, it is important to periodically STOP and EVALUATE our current environment (including activity, stressors, toxic exposures, and food consumption) to determine our overall health-status.

We all have the potential for complete vitality if we discover methods for clearing our body's pathways by detoxifying and modifying our environments. Whether our health has improved or worsened over the past few years, it is important to always stop and evaluate our current health. When we develop strategies for a healthier existence, we will increase our ability to thrive in our romantic lives, careers, families, and many others.
